Does the new 2008 edition bottle actually say 2008 or is it marked 2007 (but sold in 2008)? I live in Kentucky and the Birthday Bottles have been hard to find at times. Last year, I was able to locate a bottle listed 2006 and just today (after a few months of looking) I found a bottle listed 2007...but I have not been able to find a bottle listing 2008. Some kind historian please correct me if I’m wrong, because Prohibition is a very confusing time in bourbon history, but I believe that Old Fitz is also in this exclusive club, due to Weller’s license to warehouse and sell being married with Stitzel’s license to distil.
